8 days Penj-Dushanbe-Pamir-Wahan-KysylArt-Osh
Penjikent -Dushanbe – Pamir-Wahan-Bulinkul-Murgab-Karakul lake – Kyzyl-Art – Sarytash - Osh
ITINERARY: Dushanbe-Kulyab -Khumb – Khorog – Garm-Chashma – Ishkashim-Yamchun, Vrang-Zong-Langar-Khargushi pass -Bulunkul – Murgab – Karakul lake – Kyzyl-Art – Sarytash - Osh
Duration: 8 days.
Day 1 - Morning drive from Samarkand to Penjikent visiting Sogdian ruins en route lunch (L,D). drive to Dushanbe, accommodation in hotel. Dinner and rest.
Day 2 – Morning drive to Kalai-Khmb en route lunch, accommodation in private guest house (B,L,D)
Day 3– Morning drive to Khorog through Vanch, Rushan (B,L,D)
Day 4 – Morning drive to Yamchun via Garm-Chashma, Ishakashim. Visit fort & bathe in hot springs at Bibi
Fatima plus Kaka Fortress (B,L,D), overnight in private guest house inYamg.
Day 5 – Morning drive to Bulunkul lake via Vrang (small Buddhist complex) and Yamg (house of Sufi
Muborak-Kadam, local house with ceiling paintings) and Zong (ruins of Fire Temple) en route
Langar (1-1.5 hrs steep, hard climb on loose stones - optional) crossing Khargush Pass (4333m).
Overnight in Bulunkul (B,L,D)
Day 6 – Full day sightseeing/hiking near Yashilkul lakes. Overnight at the same place. (B,L,D)
Day 7 – Early morning drive to Murgab, Ak-Baital pss 4655ms, Karakul lake and overnight in private guest house/ (B,L.D).
Day 8 - After breakfast drive to the Tajik/Kyrgyz crossing through border “Kyzyl-Art” and then drive to Kyrgyz customs office and then to Sarytash and to Osh(B,L)
On the Tajik/Kyrgyz border and till Osh finish Tajik part
